Intro

  1. • This Terms of Service (Terms) specifies rules, principles and general behaviour ethics of the social networking unifier Tuppy.com.
  2. • By reading this document you automatically agree, accept and respect these terms during time generating your profile actions with Tuppy.

Tuppy's responsibilities

  1. • Tuppy has the right and may change the Terms of Service whenever we find it appropriate to do so. You will be notified about it via email
  2. • Tuppy has the right to monitor and prevent any abuse violations
  3. • Tuppy has the right to delete your content if its prohibited by International policies and the laws of the user's country of allegiance
  4. • Tuppy will not share to third parties or disclose in any way all the personal information (e.g. passwords, emails, logins, etc.) you provide when asked

Registration

  1. • You should be older than 14 years old
  2. • When registering you should provide reliable, actual and necessary up-to-date information to form a personal profile in Tuppy
  3. • You are responsible for the authenticity and topicality of the information you provided
  4. • You can only registrate one account per one single email provided

Privacy

  1. • You are responsible for sharing any of your personal information or content to the third parties
  2. • You will need to provide additional personal information when adding a social network or some widgets to your Tuppy profile
  3. • When you delete an account - everything related to it will also be deleted, though will remain in backup copies for some time. It will not be disclosed to anyone
  4. • You will receive weekly news-letters about Tuppy's freshest news and updates unless you decide to unsubscribe

Content

  1. • You may upload any content you like, but make sure it is legal according to the laws of the country you live in
  2. • You may share your content to everyone, but make sure it is appropriate for every single user in that case
    a) If your content is inappropriate for everyone - share it to your acquaintances only
  3. • If you post content protected by copywright or intellectual property laws - make sure to put (c) and-name-of-the-author in the description of content
  4. • You are responsible for the content you post and share

Abuse & Violations

  1. • Thou shall not spam
  2. • Thou shall not intimidate or harass anyone
  3. • Thou shall not upload any malicious stuff like viruses or juvenile pornography
  4. • Thou shall not do anything that can do harm or disable the work of tuppy.com
  5. • Thou shall not do anything prohibited by International policies and the laws of the user's country of allegiance
